Now we do I can jot down my thoughts on daily life, things we come up against, things we enjoy, the multi-national society, the laws, the weather...plus other things in general which catch my attention.

Understated elegance
I spotted this elegant chair in a Satwa shop window.
The epitome of sophisticated design I thought.
I'm sorely tempted to buy it for my study back in Oz...
The upper reaches of Sharjah's Al Wahda Street were always good for this sort of thing, but the roadworks have stopped my swinging by in quite a while now...
does that really roll?

I saw the chair last week and had my eye on it too. Maybe they could mass produce it?
