Now we do I can jot down my thoughts on daily life, things we come up against, things we enjoy, the multi-national society, the laws, the weather...plus other things in general which catch my attention.

Ethi Salaad. The possibilities for fun with that are endless.
Ethi Salaad is rather like Eggy Salad. Except, unlike what is advertised in the menu, it arrives only after a long delay, it's disappointingly small, and complaints to get it replaced with a better one go unheeded.
When we've finished researching it, we'll try and post the recipe for an Ethi Salad on The Fat Expat...
