Moving back to Dubai after 22 years has been an experience! Back then we didn't have the internet or blogs. Now we do I can jot down my thoughts on daily life, things we come up against, things we enjoy, the multi-national society, the laws, the weather...plus other things in general which catch my attention.
Some of the shop names are hilarious aren't they! I'd love to be in on one of their name brainstorming sessions!!!!
Does anyone remember the day a construction company set up their boards at the side of Sheikh Zayed Road? Part of the company name began with a C (far too rude to mention) and 'Time Out' managed to get a picture of it before it was rapidly torn down!! Classic!!
